基于PSR模型的生态系统健康评价——以三峡库区重庆段为例 被引量:10

摘要 在定量分析2000-2015年生态系统健康状况及变化情况的基础上,基于PSR模型构建三峡库区重庆段生态系统健康评价指标体系,从而突破以评价对象类型为单一的评价标准,客观、科学、全面地提出了以行政区域为评价单元构建评价体系,让健康评价结果更易为公众感知,并能够在政策的落实和推进中得到足够的考核和保障,从行政区域的角度提出对策建议。研究结果表明,三峡库区重庆段生态系统健康综合指数2000、 2005、 2010、 2015年分别为0.549 6、 0.612 5、 0.722 1、 0.693 7;生态系统"健康"等级所占面积都有大幅提高,特别是健康等级最高的"很健康"所占面积2000、2005、 2010、 2015年分别为0、 0、 50.97%、 21.29%。三峡库区重庆段生态健康评价总体为"整体健康状况向好,区域健康等级突出"。 Based on the PSR model,and quantitative analysis of ecosystem health and changes in 2000, 2005, 2010 and 2015, the ecosystem health evaluation index system is set up for Chongqing section of the three gorges reservoir area.Not only with the evaluation object type as the standard,but objectively, scientifically and comprehensively, the evaluation system is constructed with administrative region as the evaluation unit.To make their health assessment results more accessible to the public,to receive adequate assessment and guarantee the implementation and promotion of policies,countermeasure proposal is put forward from the administrative region.The results show that the comprehensive index of ecosystem health in Chongqing section of the three gorges reservoir area in 2000, 2005, 2010 and 2015 were 0.549 6, 0.612 5, 0.722 1 and 0.693 7.The proportion of ecosystem health greatly increased.In particular, the areas with the best health grade are very healthy, accounting to 0, 0, 50.97% and 21.29%, respectively, in 2000, 2005, 2010 and 2015.The ecological health evaluation in Chongqing section of the three gorges reservoir area is good in health status, and outstanding in the region.
