摘要
闭环供应链链合是一种基于产业链的纵向合作模式,是企业降低投资风险的重要形式。本文针对由制造商和再制造商组成的闭环供应链系统,分析比较非合作与合作生态设计模式下企业的均衡决策。非合作模式下,制造商独自承担生态设计初始投资,制造商和再制造商均能从生态设计中获益,再制造商存在“搭便车”现象。合作模式下,新产品生态设计水平更高,制造商与再制造商均能获得更高利润。合作生态设计是双赢策略,制造商和再制造商共同承担初始投资,分享剩余利润,确保任何一方的利润都不低于非合作模式。
Closed-loop supply chain cooperation is vertical synergism based on the industrial chain. It is a necessary form of reducing investment risk. In this paper, we study a closed-loop supply chain system composed of a manufacturer and a remanufacturer, then analyze their strategies in non-cooperative ecological design game and cooperative ecological design game. In the non-cooperative mode, the manufacturer is solely responsible for the initial investment, manufacturer and remanufacturer can benefit from eco-design, and the re-manufacturer has free-riding. In a cooperative mode, the level of eco-design is higher, and the two parties in the game can achieve higher profits. Synergism is a win-win strategy. The manufacturer and the remanufacturer jointly undertake the initial investment and share the remaining profit. The profits of either party are not lower than that in the non-cooperation mode.
