摘要
本文基于资源协奏理论和组织信息处理理论,在分析外部知识获取与知识整合机制间适配对新产品开发绩效影响的基础上,引入知识动态能力,探讨外部知识获取-知识整合机制间适配与新产品开发绩效间的转换机制,并对研究假设进行实证检验。研究结果表明,针对需求拉动型知识实施结构化机制,以及针对科技推动型知识实施沟通密集型机制时,有助于促进新产品开发绩效;知识动态能力(适应能力、吸收能力、创新能力)在外部知识获取-知识整合机制间适配和新产品开发绩效的关系中起到不同程度的“桥梁”作用。
Drawing upon resource orchestration theory and organizational information-processing theory, this paper analyses the effects of the fit between external knowledge acquisition and knowledge integration mechanisms (EKA-KIM fit) on new product development (NPD) performance, and further explores the transformation mechanisms between EKA-KIM fit and NPD performance through the introduction of knowledge-based dynamic capabilities. The hypotheses are tested empirically. The results show that: implementing structural mechanisms for demand-pull knowledge and implementing communication-intensive mechanisms for science-push knowledge are conducive to improve NPD performance. Knowledge-based dynamic capabilities (adaptive capabilities, absorptive capabilities and innovative capabilities) play differently mediating role in the main effects of EKA-KIM fit on NPD performance.
