摘要
思政课教师“获得感”是在教学过程中通过满足学生需求,实现教学目的,获得学生认可诸方面,产生的积极心理感受和心理体验。其“获得感”来自于社会思政课、学生以及自我的认同。本文着重从社会认同、学生认同、自我认同三个方面探讨推进思政课教师获得感的实现路径,以提升立德树人的质量。
The “sense of acquisition” of ideological and political teachers is the positive psychological feeling and psychological experience that the teachers of ideological and political theory meet the students' needs, achieve the teaching objectives and obtain the students' approval in the process of teaching. Its “sense of acquisition” comes from social identity, students' identity and self-identity. This paper focuses on three aspects of social identity, student identity and self-identity to explore ways to promote teachers’ sense of acquisition, in order to improve the quality of education.
