摘要
外警培训工作是服务国家外交大局,促进国际执法合作的重要举措。外警培训的目的是为参训学员讲好中国故事,培养中国情怀,厚植人脉基础,提升有关国家警察执法能力,促进务实国际警务执法合作,以增进和参训学员的相互了解,进一步加强沟通联系,为保护我海外利益打下坚实的基础。
The training of foreign police is an important measure to serve the overall diplomatic situation of the country and promote international law enforcement cooperation.The purpose of foreign police training is to popularize the Chinese story among the participants,cultivate the love for China,comprehensively develop interpersonal relationships,enhance the police's law enforcement capabilities of the relevant countries,and promote practical international police law enforcement cooperation,in order to enhance mutual understanding among the participants and further strengthen their communication,and lay a solid foundation for protecting the overseas interests of our country.
