武汉市双酚A污染纸币及票据的相关特征 被引量:1

Analysis of bissphenol A contamination of banknotes and bills in Wuhan

摘要 目的对武汉市各行政区域双酚A(BPA)污染纸币及票据的相关状况及分布特征进行研究。方法2016年间在武汉市各区县采集纸币及票据样本,采用固液萃取-高效液相色谱串联质谱法,测定纸币及票据中的BPA含量。结果所有样本均检出BPA。纸币中BPA含量在0.23~12.88μg/g之间,各区县所采集的纸币BPA含量差异无统计学意义(χ^2=12.08,P>0.05),纸币角落的BPA含量(均值:0.72μg/g,中位数:0.51μg/g)低于中心位置的BPA含量(均值:1.15μg/g,中位数:0.68μg/g)(Z=3.20,P<0.05)。纸币中BPA含量与纸币面值差异有统计学意义(χ^2=18.25,P<0.05),与发行年份差异无统计学意义。发票中BPA含量在1.19~49.90μg/g之间,POSS单含量在484.46~875.12μg/g之间。BPA污染可能来自与票据接触污染及造纸原料污染。纸币及票据中BPA通过皮肤接触途径日暴露量范围为0.01~50.85ng/day。结论武汉市纸币及票据中广泛存在BPA污染,虽然日均暴露量较小,但仍值得警惕。 Objective To study the status and distribution characteristics of bisphenol A(BPA)-contaminated banknotes and bills in various administrative regions of Wuhan.Methods In 2016,samples of banknotes and bills were collected in various districts and counties of Wuhan.The solid-liquid extraction-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was used to determine the BPA content in banknotes and bills.Results BPA was detected in all samples.The BPA content in banknotes was 0.23~12.88μg/g.There was no significant difference in BPA content of currency notes among different districts and counties(χ^2=12.08,P>0.05).BPA content in the corner of bills(mean:0.72μg/g,median:0.51μg/g)was lower than that at the center(mean:1.15μg/g,median:0.68μg/g)(Z=3.20,P<0.05).There was a statistically significant BPA content difference between each face value of the banknotes(χ^2=18.25,P<0.05),which was not statistically different from the year of issue.BPA content in the invoice is 1.19~49.90μg/g,and in the POSS is 484.46~875.12μg/g.BPA pollution may come from contact with bills and paper material contamination.The daily exposure of BPA through the skin contact route in banknotes and notes ranges from 0.01 to 50.85ng/day.Conclusion BPA pollution is widespread in banknotes and bills in Wuhan.Although the daily average exposure is small,it is worthy of our alerting.
