摘要
海藻产业曾经为海南省的经济增长作出过突出贡献,然而近些年海藻产量呈波动下降趋势,亟需对海南省海藻产业发展形势进行研究并提出对策。本文依据《海南省统计年鉴》数据对海南省海藻产业产量构成、养殖面积与区域及产业结构分析等方面开展研究。2007年海南省海藻产品总产量为34206t,至2017年海藻产品下降到23755t,10年期间下降了30.55%,下降趋势明显;海南省各地区市县对藻类产品的贡献由大到小依次为海口市、澄迈县、儋州市、琼海市、昌江县、文昌市,贡献比重分别为33.91%、19.79%、16.93%、12.08%、10.21%、4.37%,其它地区贡献不足2.69%。近些年,海南省藻类产品产量结构变化较大:2005年海南省藻类产品呈现出以江蓠为主,麒麟菜为辅,江蓠和麒麟菜对海南省当年藻类产品的贡献率达到了99.22%,其它藻类产量极少。至2016年,海南省藻类产品结构形成以江蓠为主(贡献率约为50%),麒麟菜为辅(贡献率约为13.11%),马尾藻、裙带菜等多种藻类共存的现状。通过海南省海藻产品现状分析,基于SWOT矩阵分析提出藻类产业战略方案,挖掘优势增长型战略方案克服劣势扭转型战略方案,为海南省海藻产业发展提出对策。
The seaweed industry once made outstanding contributions to the economic growth of Hainan province.However,in recent years,the seaweed output showed a fluctuating decline trend,so it is necessary to study the development situation of the seaweed industry in Hainan province and put forward some measures to improve the development of the seaweed industry.Based on the data of Hainan Statistical Yearbook,an analysis was made on the composition of seaweed production,cultivation area and region,and industrial structure in Hainan.The results show that the total production of seaweed products in Hainan province decreased from 34 206 tons in 2007 to 23 755 tons in 2017,with a 30.55%decline in the past ten years in Hainan.The contribution of cities and counties in Hainan province to algae production is in the order of Haikou city>Chengmai county>Danzhou city>Qionghai city>Changjiang county>Wenchang city,which share was 33.91%,19.79%,16.93%,12.08%,10.21%and 4.37%,respectively.In recent years,the product structure of algae in Hainan Province has changed greatly.In 2005,algal products in Hainan Province were mainly dominated by gracilaria and supplemented by kirin,and the contribution of gracilaria and kirin to algal production in Hainan province was 99.22%,while other algal products had very low production.According to the algae statistics of Hainan province in 2016,the algal product structure in Hainan province was changed,and the products were dominated by gracilaria(about 50%),and supplemented by eucheuma(about 13.11%)and other algae such as sargasso and braids.An analysis of the current situation of seaweed products in Hainan province was made,based on which a strategic plan for the algae industry was put forward by using SWOT matrix analysis to provide countermeasures for the development of the seaweed industry in Hainan province.
