摘要
澳洲坚果产量形成与品种光合特性密切相关。为了阐明澳洲坚果产量与光合特性的关系,筛选产量相关因子辅助坚果品种选育。采用6个主要栽培品种进行光合特性分析,结果表明:6个澳洲坚果品种在叶绿素含量、叶绿素荧光和光合特性间均存在显著差异,澳洲品种OC光合效率最高,夏威夷品种695光合效率最低。相关分析表明,叶绿素a含量、叶绿素b含量、净光合速率Pn、气孔阻止值SLR、可变荧光Fv、实际光化学效率ΦPSII、电子传递速率ETR和总叶绿素含量高度正相关,相关系数分别为0.996、0.912、0.896、0.878、0.925、0.958和0.997。叶绿素a含量与胞间CO2浓度Ci显著负相关,相关系数为-0.897。总之,澳洲坚果品种OC光合效率最高,澳洲坚果光合特性分析有助于筛选高产品种,叶绿素a含量和实际光化学效率ΦPSII可作为澳洲坚果产量评价指标。
The yield formation of macadamia nuts is closely related to the photosynthetic characteristics of varieties.In order to clarify the relationship between the yield and photosynthetic characteristics of macadamia nuts,the yield related factors were selected to assist the selection of nut varieties.Six varieties of Macadamia were used to analyze the photosynthetic characteristics.Results showed that there were significant differences in chlorophyll content,chlorophyll fluorescence and photosynthetic characteristics among the 6 varieties of macadamia nut,with the highest photosynthetic efficiency in macadamia nut is Own Choice(OC)and the lowest is Hawaii variety Beaumont(695).Correlation analysis showed that the chlorophyll a(Chl a)content was highly related to the Chl b,net photosynthetic rate(Pn),Stoma limit ratio(SLR),variable fluorescence(Fv),actual photochemical efficiency(ΦPSII),electron transfer rate(ETR)and total chlorophyll content,the correlation coefficients were 0.996,0.912,0.896,0.878,0.925,0.958,and 0.997,respectively.There was a significant negative correlation between chlorophyll a content and intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci),and the correlation coefficient was-0.897.In a word,OC had the highest photosynthetic efficiency.The photosynthetic characteristics analysis can help to screen high yield varieties,chlorophyll a content and actual photochemical efficiencyΦPSII can be used as evaluation index of macadamia nuts.
