摘要
目的:探讨认知行为联合人文关怀护理对乳腺癌术后化疗患者的影响。方法:选取76例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组38例。对照组采取常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上予认知行为联合人文关怀护理,比较两组护理前后认知功能、心理状况及睡眠状况。结果:护理后,研究组简易精神状态量表评分高于对照组,简式心理状态剖面图评分和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上采用认知行为联合人文关怀护理可提高乳腺癌化疗患者认知功能,改善心理状态,并提高睡眠质量。
Objective: To explore effects of cognitive behavior intervention combined with humanistic care on postoperative chemotherapy patients with breast cancer. Methods: 76 patients with breast cancer in our hospital were selected as the subjects of observation. They were divided into control group (n=38) and study group (n=38) according to the random number table method. The control group received routine nursing, while the study group received cognitive behavior intervention combined with humanistic care based on that of the control group. The cognitive function, psychological status and sleep status before and after the nursing were compared between the two groups. Results: The minimum mental state examination score in the study group was higher than that in the control group after the nursing;the profile of mood states score and the Pittsburgh sleep quality index score the study group were lower than those of the control group after the nursing;and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions: Cognitive behavioral intervention combined with humanistic care can improve the cognitive function, improve the psychological state, and improve the sleep quality of the postoperative chemotherapy patients with breast cancer.
