摘要
通过对C516A立式车床的一次故障现象进行分析,发现部分不同生产厂家生产的电磁换向阀虽然型号相同,但机能工位存在差异.结合理论与实物对两位四通电磁换向阀进行分析,发现该类阀会给维修人员造成误解,浪费不必要的人力物力资源,同时发现目前设备维修人员的维修技能还有待加强,也希望企业对设备管理及维修工作给予一定的重视以便在行业中提升竞争力.
Through the analysis of a failure phenomenon of C516A vertical lathe, it was found that although the models of solenoid directional valves produced by different manufacturers were the same, there were differences in functional positions. Combining theory with practice, the two position four way solenoid directional valves were analyzed. It was found that these valves might cause misunderstanding to maintenance personnel and waste unnecessary manpower and material resources. At the same time, it was found that the maintenance skills of equipment maintenance personnel still need to be strengthened. It is also hoped that enterprises will pay attention to equipment management and maintenance work to enhance their competitiveness in their industries.
