摘要
目的研究与分析微信教育在儿科健康教育和延续护理中的应用价值。方法选取我院儿科收治的100例患儿为对象进行研究,根据护理方式的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组实施常规健康教育和延续护理,在此基础上观察组实施微信教育。观察比较两组就医依从性、对健康知识掌握评分以及满意度。结果观察组与对照组就医依从性(94.0%vs 80.0%)、对健康知识掌握评分[(82.33±5.17)分vs(72.26±4.02)分]、满意度(98.0%vs 82.0%)差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿科健康教育和延续护理中应用微信教育的效果非常显著,即可显著提升患儿家长就医依从性,且可提升其对健康知识掌握,还能促使其达到较高的满意度,因此值得应用推广。
Objective To study and analyze the application value of WeChat education in pediatric health education and continuing nursing. Methods 100 cases of pediatric patients in our hospital were selected as the research object.According to the different nursing methods, they were divided into control group and observation group, each of 50 cases. The control group received routine health education and continuing nursing, and the observation group received WeChat education. Observe and compare the two groups of medical compliance, health knowledge mastery score and satisfaction. Results The compliance of the observation group was 94 % and the control group 80 %, and the difference was compared with that of the control group. The score of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(82.33±5.17), and the difference was compared with the control group(72.26±4.02), and the satisfaction of the observation group was 98 % and 82.0 % of the control group were significantly higher, and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). Conclusions The application of WeChat education in pediatric health education and continuous nursing is very significant, which can significantly improve the compliance of children’s parents, and improve their knowledge of health, and also promote their higher satisfaction. Therefore, it is worthy of application and promotion.
