优秀足球运动员赛期身体机能状态生化指标的监控研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文对参加十三届全运会U20男子足球队的比赛期间的生化指标变化规律进行了研究。结果表明,血红蛋白、血液指标的测试值波动性变化,血红蛋白显著下降,说明比赛期运动员身体营养水平下降,但血液指标无明显影响。血尿素氮、血清肌酸激酶的变化反映比赛期间的负荷强度,且血清肌酸激酶变化相对较大,赛中与赛前比较有显著性差异,说明比赛强度较大。血睾酮变化呈波动性变化,赛后恢复与赛前无显著性差异,皮质醇变化幅度不大,且血清睾酮下降时,皮质醇也下降,说明比赛期间运动员的合成代谢水平较为平衡。因此,血红蛋白(Hb)、血清肌酸激酶(CK)、血清睾酮(T)是反映运动员比赛期间的机能状态较为敏感的指标。 The biochemical indexes of U20 men football team in 13th National Games were studied. The results showed that the test value of hemoglobin and blood index f luctuated, and the hemoglobin (Hb) signif icantly decreased, indicating that the athletes' body nutrition level decreased during the competition period, but the blood index had no signif icant effect. The changes of blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and serum creatine kinase (CK) ref lect the load intensity during the competition, and the changes of CK are relatively large, and there are signif icant differences between the competition and the pre-competition, indicating that the intensity of the competition is large. Changes in blood testosterone(T) f luctuated, and there was no signif icant difference between postgame recovery and pregame recovery. The cortisol (C) were not signif icantly changed, and when T decreased, C also decreased, indicating that athletes' anabolism level was relatively balanced during the competition. So, Hb, CK and T are sensitive indexes to ref lect athletes' functional status during competition.
