摘要
公共图书馆服务体系建设已经进入全面推进、提升效能、促进均等的新发展阶段。文章通过回顾公共图书馆服务体系的发展历程,认为需要重新认识体系的结构和功能,并应在完善现有行政层级的基础上,重视具有共性的功能层级,以实现图书馆服务体系及其资源的深度融合和效能最大化。
The construction of the public library service system has entered into a new stage of development that boosts in an all-round way, enhances efficiency, and promotes equality. By reviewing the development process of the public library service system, the article considers that it is necessary to rerecognize the structure and function of the system, and should pay attention to the common functional level on the basis of improving the existing administrative hierarchy to realize deep integration and maximum performance of the library service system and its resources.
