摘要
随着科学技术的发展,外场装备的复杂程度越来越高,对外场装备保障人员提出了更高的要求。当装备出现故障时,外场保障人员处理问题几乎只能依靠集中讨论或以往的经验进行现场排故,无法准确、快速地定位到故障点。本文针对外场装备保障方式单一,解决问题效率低下,排除故障能力有限的问题,提出一种在移动终端部署的虚拟助理设计方案,借助人工智能技术,构建历史故障处理经验库,采用智能检索技术对数据库信息进行综合处理,通过语音、文字交互等方式与外场保障人员进行沟通,并给出合理排故建议,提升外场保障效率。
With the development of science and technology,the complexity of outfield equipment is getting higher and higher,which puts forward higher requirements for outfield equipment support people. When the equipment failure occurs,outfield support people can almost rely on brainstorming or previous experience to solve the problem on the spot,which can not locate the fault point accurately and quickly. Considering current outfield support is single mode and has low efficiency of solving problems and limited ability of troubleshooting,a design plan of virtual assistant deployed in mobile terminal is proposed in this paper. We build the experience database of historical fault processing based on artificial intelligence technology,use intelligence search technology to process database information comprehensively and communicates with outfield support people through voice and text interaction. In addition,reasonable suggestions are given in order to improve the efficiency of outfield support.
