摘要
随着装配式建筑技术的发展,传统的建设模式很难及时有效地解决建筑装配化、结构化问题。文章梳理出进度影响关键因素,运用解析结构模型(ISM)分析各因素之间的相互关系,通过区域和层级划分来建立结构模型,针对模型分阶段提出合理性应对建议,为我国装配式建筑的发展提供参考依据。
With the development of fabricated building technology,the traditional construction mode is difficult to solve the problems of building assembly and structure in a timely and effective manner.The article sorts out the key factors affecting the progress,analyzes the relationship between various factors by using the Interpretive Structural Modeling(ISM),establishes the structural model through regional and hierarchical division,and proposes rational response suggestions for the model in stages,which provides a reference for the the development of the project.
