摘要
目的探讨小儿七氟烷麻醉后苏醒期躁动的管理及个体化护理方法与效果。方法收集2018年1—12月本院收治行小儿疝气手术患儿100例,纳入患儿术中予以七氟烷麻醉,随机将患儿分成对照组与观察组,每组纳入50例患儿。对照组患儿予以常规苏醒期护理,观察组患儿予以苏醒期个体化护理;对比两组患儿护理后躁动发生情况。结果观察组患儿麻醉苏醒期躁动发生率相比对照组明显更低,且发生麻醉苏醒期躁动的严重程度相比对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论针对于小儿七氟烷麻醉后苏醒期的躁动症状,临床上需予以患儿常规手术管理并在此基础上进行个体化护理干预,以此降低患儿苏醒期的躁动发生率。
Objective To investigate the management and individualized nursing methods and effects of awakening during recovery from sevoflurane anesthesia in children.Methods 100 children with pediatric hernia surgery were enrolled in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018.The children were enrolled in the study and given sevoflurane anesthesia.The children were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.Each group was included in 50 cases.child.The children in the control group were given regular recovery care,and the children in the observation group were given individualized nursing during the recovery period;the incidence of agitation after treatment was compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of agitation during the anesthesia recovery period was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group,and the severity of agitation during the anesthesia recovery period was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In view of the agitation symptoms in the recovery period after sevoflurane anesthesia in children,it is necessary to carry out routine operation management of the children and carry out individualized nursing intervention on the basis of this,so as to reduce the incidence of agitation in the recovery period.
