摘要
目的探究多奈哌齐联合奥氮平治疗老年痴呆精神行为症状的临床疗效。方法选取2017年12月—2018年12月我院收治的78例老年痴呆精神行为症状患者,分为两组,对照组单纯给予奥氮平药物治疗,试验组给予多奈哌齐药物联合奥氮平药物治疗,对比两组的临床疗效。结果试验组与对照组在治疗4周与治疗后6周时间段两组的BEHAVE-AD评分对比差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05。治疗后试验组MMSE评分优于对照组,差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在老年痴呆精神行为症状患者中采用多奈哌齐联合奥氮平药物治疗,可以改善患者症状与生活质量,具有较高的安全性与可靠性。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of donepezil combined with olanzapine in the treatment of mental and behavioral symptoms of senile dementia.Methods From December 2017 to December 2018,78 patients with mental and behavioral symptoms of alzheimer's disease were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with olanzapine only,and the experimental group was treated with donepezil combined with olanzapine.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The BEHAVE-AD scores of the experimental group and the control group were significantly different between the four-week and six-week treatment periods,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the MMSE score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Donepezil combined with olanzapine can significantly improve the symptoms and quality of life of patients with mental and behavioral symptoms of alzheimer's disease.It has high safety and reliability.
