典型长距离凝析气田混输管道平稳运行数值分析

摘要 油气混合管道输送技术是山区、沙漠等自然条件恶劣或基础设施贫乏的油气田实现高水平、高效益开发的关键技术措施之一。通过对长距离凝析气田混输管道工艺模拟计算技术进行研究,对9种经典计算方法(或模型)的计算结果与实测结果进行对比分析,最终确定采用油气混输管流瞬态模拟计算方法。利用该计算方法,针对塔里木油田近年来陆续开发的凝析气田,选择大倾角山体和浮动沙丘两种典型恶劣地形已建长距离凝析气田混输管道X1和X2开展管道平稳运行数值分析,给出两种典型地形长距离凝析气田混输管道平稳运行建议,解决了生产实际问题,至今已连续平稳运行6年以上。 Oil and gas mixed pipeline transportation technology is one of the key technologies to achieve high- level and high- benefit development of oil and gas fields in mountainous and desert areas where natural conditions are bad or infrastructure is poor. The simulation calculation technology of long-distance condensate gas field mixed transportation pipeline is studied,and the calculation results of nine classical calculation methods (or models) and the measured results are compared and analyzed. Finally, it is determined to use the transient simulation method for oil and gas mixed transportation pipelines flow. Using this method, aiming at the condensate gas fields developed in recent years in Tarim Oilfield, the mixed transportation pipelines X1 and X2 which have been built in two typical bad terrains of large- dip- angle mountain and floating dune are selected to carry out the numerical analysis of pipeline smooth operation. Suggestions for the smooth operation of long distance condensate gas mixed transportation pipeline in the two typical terrains are given to solve the practical production problems. The pipelines have been running smoothly for more than six years.
