摘要
白鹤滩水电站地下厂房规模巨大,且厂区主要以硬脆玄武岩为主,内部赋存柱状节理、长大错动带等诸多不利地质条件,厂房防渗问题突出.通过在左右岸地下厂房选取玄武岩柱状节理部位进行帷幕灌浆试验,研究验证帷幕灌浆施工方法、工序、分段方式、孔位布置间排距、灌浆压力、开灌浆液水灰比等灌浆参数,还对比分析了普通水泥浆液及湿磨细水泥浆液不同开灌水灰比条件下的可灌性.帷幕灌浆成果及灌后检查结果表明,所采用的灌浆工艺、工法适合白鹤滩地质条件,能够保证白鹤滩水电站防渗帷幕效果.
Seepage control had been taken into consideration in the construction of underground powerhouse Baihetan Hydropower Station, due to its large size and unfavorable geological conditions of dominated by hard brittle basalts,rich fault belts and growth dislocation zones. Curtain grouting test was conducted by selecting basalt columnar joints on both left and right underground power plants. Grouting parameters were testified, including grouting method, procedure and segmentation, arrangement spacing between hole, pressure and water-cement ratio of open grouting fluid. A comparative analysis of groutability has been made between ordinary cement slurry and wet fine cement slurry under different water-cement ratios. The tests results show that the technology and methodology of curtain grouting can fit into the geological condition of Baihetan, so as to ensure the anti-seepage curtain effect.
