摘要
目的分析暖宫方治疗寒实证月经不调的临床疗效,为寒实证月经不调的临床治疗提供参考。方法选取2016年1月至2016年12月在杭州市中医院诊断且符合纳入标准的60例寒实证月经不调患者为观察组,采用暖宫方治疗,观察不同类型月经不调患者的临床疗效。同时,选取同时期在杭州市中医院进行妇科体检的60例正常健康妇女作为对照组,检测相应各项指标作为正常参照。分析比较两组受试者的性激素和血流动力学水平。结果观察组患者临床治疗总有效率为86.7%,且不同类型月经不调患者均有较好的临床疗效,观察组患者的性激素、卵巢及子宫血流动力学各指标水平均明显优于治疗前,但仍低于或高于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论暖宫方可较大程度上提高寒实证月经不调患者的临床疗效,改善患者的性激素及血流动力学水平。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Nuangong prescription treatment on cold stheniasyndromemenoxenia, in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of coldsthenia syndrome menstruation. Methods A total of 60 patients with coldsthenia syndrome menoxenia who were dignoised and met the inclusion criteria in Hangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected from January 2016 to December 2016 as observation group, andtreated with Nuangong prescription. 60 women received health examination in Hangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in thesame period were seleted as control group and the corresponding indicators wereregarded as a normal reference. The clinical effects on different irregularmenstruation type patients were observed inobservationgroup, and the level of sex hormones and hemodynamics were compared between thetwo groups. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment inobservation group was 86.7%, and with a good clinical efficacy on patients withdifferent irregular menstruation type. The levels of sex hormones, ovaries anduterine hemodynamics in the observation group were significantly better thanthose before treatment, with statistically signifnatdifferneces from those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions The Nuangong prescription can largely improvethe clinical effects on patients with cold sthenia syndrome menstruation, andimprove the sex hormone and hemodynamics level.
