摘要
镀铬工艺装备进行通用性设计,是对镀铬工装从整体结构、各构件作用进行深入的功能元分析,拓展设计思维,把共用件设计制作成通用件,最好是标准件,实现工装及其构件的重复使用,工装整体简单实用。在不影响质量的前提下,尽可能不做新的工装及构件,从而缩短工装的准备时间,做到对新产品的快速反应,降低制造成本,实现利润最大化。创新了镀铬工装导电挂钩的连接方式,介绍了外径镀铬经常采用的2种通用工装设计方法,创新性地提出了内径镀铬一种新型的、通用性强的阳极中心定位技术。并从系列化、标准化、柔性化、数据库等方面进行了应用拓展。
The universal design of chromium plating process equipment was to conduct in-depth functional element analysis of chromium plating tooling from the overall structure and the role of each structure, expending design thinking, and designed common parts into general parts, preferably standard parts, which can realize the reuse of tooling and its structural parts, so as to make the overall tooling simple and practical. On the promise of not affecting the quality, did not do new tools and components as much as possible, so as to reduce the preparation time of tools, achieved rapid response to new products, reduced manufacturing costs and maximize profits. The connection mode of conductive hook of chrom-plated tooling was innovated. Two general tooling design methods which were often used in outer diameter chromium plating were introduced. A novel and universal technology of inner diameter chromium plating for anode center positioning mechanism was proposed. Moreover, it was extended that the application of serialization, standardization, flexibility and database.
