摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法并借助非离子型表面活性剂定向合成了TiO2纳米涂层,旨在用于提高天然气长输管道的抗腐蚀性能.实验发现合成的TiO2纳米涂层是由单个纳米颗粒定向排列组成的致密、均匀的纳米膜,该结构有利于充分体现TiO2涂层的物化惰性和光生阴极保护作用,从而达到其抗腐蚀性目的.
Nano-TiO2 coatings were synthesized by sol-gel method using non-ionic surfactant as additives to improve corrosion resistance for gas transmission pipeline. It was found that the surface of nano-TiO2 coatings were compact and uniform with a single nanometer particle orientation arrangement. The structure is conducive to fully reflect the physical and chemical inertness and photo-cathode protection.
