摘要
低温甲醇洗装置存在预洗再生系统的甲醇未得到有效过滤,粗煤气含尘量大导致预洗甲醇管道堵塞;预洗系统萃取槽萃取能力不足,石脑油带水萃取效果不好;尾气洗涤塔底部至萃取槽的甲醇水管线材质设计缺陷等问题。采取增加过滤器、萃取槽和优化管线材质等技术改造措施,改造后装置各项运行指标均达到设计值,甲醇管道腐蚀问题得到改善,实现装置的安全稳定生产运行。
Several problems existed in prewashing and regeneration system in low temperature methanol washing unit, such as methanol was not effective filtered, too much ash in raw syngas made the methanol pipe blocked, the capacity of the extraction tank was not enough, causing extraction of water contained naphtha not very good, and the design defect of methanol piping material from the bottom of scrubbing tower to the extraction tank. The technical reformation was carried out by adding new filters, extraction tanks and by optimizing piping material. After reformation, the performance specification can meet the designed values, the corrosion of methanol pipe was eliminated, and the plant achieved its safe and stable operation.
