摘要
目的探究家庭整体心理干预对老年高血压患者的干预效果及对生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2017年12月我院收治的100例老年高血压患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(50例,常规护理干预)和观察组(50例,常规护理干预+家庭整体心理干预)。比较两组患者的血压、心理状态、生活质量评分和服药依从性。结果观察组患者的收缩压、舒张压均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的HAMA、HAMD评分均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的GQOL-74各维度评分和服药依从性评分均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将家庭整体心理干预应用于高血压患者中,可以有效改善患者的心理状态和服药依从性,有利于其血压控制和生活质量的提升。
Objective To explore the effect of family overall psychological intervention on elderly patients with hypertension and its inflnence on quality of life. Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with hypertension admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into control group (50 cases, routine nursing intervention) and observation group (50 cases, routine nursing intervention+family overall psychological intervention). The blood pressure, psychological status, quality of life scores and medication compliance were compared between the two groups. Results The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of HAMA and HAMD in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The GQOL-74 dimension scores and medication compliance score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Family overall psychological intervention applied to hypertensive patients can effectively improve the psychological state and medication compliance of patients, and is beneficial to the control of blood pressure and the improvement of quality of life.
