沥青铺装与混凝土桥面层间抗剪切性能试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 为进一步了解水泥混凝土桥面与沥青铺装层层间剪切病害的影响因素,本文结合预压对称层间剪切试验,设计一组4因素3水平的正交试验L9(34),研究了粘结层粘结料类型、粘结层撒布碎石粒径、预加正压力试验温度对水泥混凝土桥面板与沥青混合料铺装层间抗剪切性能的影响。利用统计学方法分析试验数据,得出试验温度对层间抗剪切性能影响最显著,各影响因素的显著程度排名为:试验温度>粘结料类型>预加正压力>撒布碎石粒径,最优试验组合方案为环氧沥青+4.75-9.5 mm碎石撒布+0.7 MPa预加正应力+5℃试验温度。 In order to further understand the influencing factors of shearing between cement concrete bridge deck and asphalt pavement layer,a set of 4 factors and 3 levels orthogonal test L9(34) was designed based on pre-compression symmetric interlaminar shear test.The influence of bond layer type,bond layer particle size,pre-plus pressure and test temperature on the shear resistance between cement concrete bridge deck and asphalt mixture pavement.Using statistical methods to analyze the experimental data,it is concluded that the test temperature has the most significant effect on the interlaminar shear resistance.The significance degree of each influencing factor is ranked as: test temperature > binder type > pre-plus positive pressure > spray gravel particle size The optimal test combination scheme is epoxy asphalt + 0.6-1.18 mm gravel spreading + 0.7 MPa pre-plus normal stress + 5 ℃ test temperature.
