虫酰肼和甲维盐对甜玉米草地贪夜蛾的生物活性及田间防效 被引量:18

摘要 为了研究虫酰肼和甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐(甲维盐)对新入侵我国的草地贪夜蛾毒杀活性并为田间应用提供依据,采用浸叶法进行了室内毒力测定,采用喷雾法进行盆栽试验和田间小区试验。毒力测定表明虫酰肼对草地贪夜蛾2龄、3龄幼虫48hLC50分别为0.30mg/L和0.26mg/L,甲维盐对草地贪夜蛾2龄、3龄幼虫48hLC50分别为0.005mg/L和0.002mg/L,其LC50活性是虫酰肼的60~128倍。盆栽试验表明,20%虫酰肼SC在20mg/L、5%甲维盐ME1mg/L喷雾处理后7d后防效均为100%,在甜玉米田间小区试验最高防效均可达到90%以上。本研究结果表明,虫酰肼可推荐用于草地贪夜蛾的防治并可与甲维盐轮换使用或复配使用。 The study aimed to explore the insecticidal activities of tebufenozide and emamectin benzoate to Spodoptera frugiperda both under the lab and sweet corn field conditions,a new invasion pest in China,and provided the basis for its field application.The leaf-dipping method was used to evaluate the toxicities of tebufenozide and emamectin benzoate on S .frugiperda ,meanwhile spraying method was conducted in pot experiment and field test.Laboratory bioassays indicated that LC 50 values of tebufenozide against 2 nd and 3 rd larvae after treatment 48 h were 0.30 mg/L and 0.26 mg/L,while those of emamectin benzoate were 0.005 mg/L and 0.002 mg/L,respectively.Overall,the LC 50 values of tebufenozide were 60~ 128 times that of emamectin benzoate.The control efficacy got 100% in pot experiment after 7 d treatment both tebufenozide 20% SC with 20 mg/L and emamectin benzoate 5% ME with 1 mg/L,and got more than 90% under the field condition.In conclusion,tebufenozide is worthy to recommend to control S .frugiperda ,which can be used with or in combination with emamectin benzoate.
