摘要 针对自升式平台踩脚印会使平台发生倾斜,造成严重事故的问题,设计并建立一套自升式平台踩脚印试验系统,在典型工况下,进行三桩腿全平台模型踩脚印试验,测量平台三条桩腿上的弯矩以及平台倾斜角度,发现在桩靴刚入泥的阶段,桩腿上的弯矩、水平力以及平台倾斜角均快速增长,平台朝脚印中心转动,有向脚印中心滑动的趋势。 The inclination of a jack-up unit near a footprint can lead to serious accidents duo to the excessive moment on the legs. A model test system for spudcan reinstallation near a footprint was developed, and a three-legged full jack-up unit model was used to conduct the test under a typical operation condition. The moments on the three legs and the tilt angle of the jack-up unit were measured. It was shown that at the beginning penetration period, the bending moments, horizontal force on the legs and tilt angle will all increase rapidly;the whole jack-up unit rotates towards the footprint center, and has a trend to slide into the footprint.
