摘要
目的探讨游离皮瓣移植手术修复四肢缺损手术围术期中应用快速康复理念的护理效果。方法选取2018年3月-2018年12月期间于我院行游离皮瓣移植手术的121例四肢软组织缺损患者为研究对象,患者分为观察组61例及对照组60例,对照组行常规护理,观察组将快速康复理念应用于护理过程,观察两组患者术后皮瓣存活率、护理满意度以及并发症发生情况。结果术后7d,观察组皮瓣存活率及护理满意率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);护理期间观察组压疮、静脉血栓、关节僵硬、血管危象并发症的总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在游离皮瓣移植手术围术期应用快速康复理念,能显著提高四肢软组织损伤患者术后的康复效果,降低并发症发生率,临床应用价值较大。
Objective To explore the nursing effects of fast track surgery concept in the perioperative period of free flap transplantation of repair of limb defects.Methods A total of 121 patients with soft tissue defects of extremities who underwent free flap transplantation in our hospital from March 20 to December 2018 were selected for the study and were divided into observation group(61 cases)and control group(60 cases).Control group was given routine nursing,and observation group was given fast track surgery concept during nursing process.The survival rate of postoperative flap,nursing satisfaction and occurrence of complications were observed in the two groups.Results At 7dafter operation,the flap survival rate and nursing satisfaction rate in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of pressure ulcers,venous thrombosis,Joint stiffness and vascular crisis in observation group during nursing period was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fast track surgery concept in the perioperative period of free flap transplantation can significantly improve the postoperative rehabilitation effects and reduce the incidence rate of complications in patients with soft tissue defects of extremities,and it has great clinical application value.
