摘要
随着江西范围内油气长输管道施工快速发展,油气长输管道施工质量安全越来越受到相关单位重视,管道防腐质量是安装质量中比较关键的一环。因为管道设在非常复杂环境中,很容易受到腐蚀,所以需要外防腐层保护才能保障管道正常使用。《埋地钢质管道聚乙烯防腐层》(GB/T23257)是长输管道安装过程中防腐质量验收的一个最重要标准,比较了该标准变化历史,提出了防腐标准在长输管道安装执行过程中遇到的一些问题,希望能够为相关专业提供可以参考的理论依据。
With the rapid development of oil and gas longdistance pipeline construction in Jiangxi, the quality and safety of oil and gas long-distance pipeline construction has been paid more and more attention by relevant units. The quality of pipeline anti-corrosion is a key part of installation quality. Because the pipeline is located in a very complicated environment and is easily corroded, external protection of the coating is required to ensure the normal use of the pipeline.“Embedded steel pipeline polyethylene anti-corrosion layer”(GB/T 23257) is one of the most important standards for the acceptance of anti-corrosion quality in the long-distance pipeline installation process. It compares the history of the standard change and proposes the implementation of anti-corrosion standards in long-distance pipeline installation. Some problems encountered in the process, I hope to provide relevant theoretical basis for relevant majors.
