油田集输站场槽式聚焦太阳能加热技术研究与应用 被引量:7

摘要 联合站、接转站等集输站场作为油田生产关键环节,同时也是主要耗热点之一。结合胜利油田区域太阳能资源优势及特点,重点针对集输站场能耗成本高、加热负荷大、场地面积受限等情况,选用具有光热效率高、占地面积小等优点的槽式聚焦太阳能集热装置,作为燃气加热炉前预热系统,实现了太阳能与天然气的多能协同利用。现场表明,利用槽式聚焦太阳能加热技术替代集输站场加热炉燃气节能环保潜力较大,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。 Gathering and transporting stations, such as joint stations and transfer stations, are the key links in oilfield production, and are also one of the main consumption hotspots. Combining with the advantages and characteristics of solar energy resources in Shengli Oilfield, this paper focuses on the situation of high energy consumption, large heating load and limited site area at gathering and transportation stations, and chooses trough-type focused solar energy collector with the advantages of high photothermal efficiency and small occupied area as the preheating system before gas heating furnace, which realizes Taiyuan. Synergistic utilization of solar energy and natural gas. The field results show that the energy-saving and environmental protection potential of using trough- type focused solar heating technology to replace gas in heating furnace of gathering and transportation station is great,and it has good economic and social benefits.
