摘要 学科育人是落实立德树人根本任务的学科切入口和实现方式,是教学改革的指南针和准绳。学科育人与课程育人、教学育人、教书育人紧密相连,又有不同的视角与方式。学科育人更注重学科特质、独当之任和独特功能,将育人落实在学科学习中。学科育人是个完整的体系,要系统思考、整体开发。将学科育人扎根在立德树人上,从“学科之魂”“学科之眼”“学科之法”去探寻学科育人的独特理念与方法,并从综合性去考量,不要囿于学科本身,让学科核心素养生发出跨学科的综合素养。学科育人的关键与境界是教师以自己的人格去培养人格,塑造灵魂。 “Cultivating people through subjects” is a key point and an approach to implement the fundamental tasks of moral education. It is the compass and yardstick of teaching reform. Cultivating people through subjects” is closely related to “cultivating people through curriculum”,“cultivating people through teaching” and “ cultivating people through imparting knowledge”, but it has different perspectives and methods.“ Cultivating people through subjects ” pays more attention to the characteristics, responsibilities and unique functions of the subjects, and implements the cultivation in the subject learning.“ Cultivating people through subjects” is a complete system, which requires systematic thinking and overall development.“Cultivating people through subjects” should be deeply embedded in moral education, while its unique ideas and methods should be explored from the aspects of “the soul of subjects’’,“ the eye of subjects”, and “the rule of subjects”, and be considered from a comprehensive perspective without the barrier of different subjects. In this way, the key competency of a subject could also promote the key competency of multiple subjects. The key point and the highest state of “cultivating people through subjects” is that teachers cultivate the personality and shape the soul of a student with their personalities.
