摘要
目的观察聚六亚甲基双胍复合碘消毒液对皮肤消毒和抑菌的效果。方法采用皮肤现场消毒试验,抑菌环试验,皮肤长效抑菌试验对消毒液进行消毒和抑菌效果的观察。结果该消毒液对皮肤消毒作用1min,对皮肤表面自然菌的平均杀灭对数值为1.36。对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌环直径均>7.0mm。消毒后10min、24h、48h的采样菌落平均对数值分别为0.43、0.61、0.82;与基线对照数值相对比,消毒后的3个时间点培养的菌落对数值和对照差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论此类消毒剂对皮肤消毒效果符合相关标准规范要求,并且具有长效抑菌作用。
Objective To observe the effect of polyhexamethylene biguanide compound iodine disinfectant on skin disinfection and bacteriostasis. Methods The skin disinfection test, the antibacterial ring test, and the skin long-acting antibacterial test were used to observe the disinfection and antibacterial effects of the disinfectant. Results The antiseptic solution disinfected the skin for 1 minute, and the average kill logarithm of natural bacteria on the skin surface was 1. 36. Bacteriostatic ring diameter of Escherichia coli ,Staphylococcus aureus ,Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were both greater than 7.0 mm. The average pair values of sampling colonies at 10 min, 24 h and 48 h after disinfection were respectively 0. 43, 0. 61 and 0.82. Compared with baseline control values ,the difference between the bacterial colonies cultured at 3 time points after disinfection was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion The skin disinfection products were in line with the relevant standards and regulatory requirements, and has long-lasting antibacterial effect.
