摘要
不停电作业是减少停电事件、减少直接经济损失和增强人民幸福生活的重要举措。随着不停电作业技术的发展,不停电作业方式也不断地多样化。文章结合不停电作业开展情况,理论分析了几种旁路作业方式,阐述了不同不停电作业方式的生产条件。结合生产实践,从理论、技术关键点及实践结果等方面,具体分析基于10kV中压发电车的不停电作业方式。实现了从10kV中压发电车向10kV配网输送电能,保证检修线路后端能在不停电的前提下完成检修作业。
Live-line working is an important measure to reduce blackouts, reduce direct economic losses and enhance people's happiness. With the development of live-line working technology, the method of live-line working is constantly diversified. This text theoretically analyzed several bypass working ways, and expounded the production conditions under different live-line working methods combining with the development of live-line working. Combined with the production practice, the live-line working method based on 10kV medium-voltage generator car is analyzed in detail from the aspects of theory, technical key points and practical results. It realizes the transmission of electric energy from 10kV medium-voltage generator car to 10kV distribution network, and ensures that the overhaul working can be completed without power failure of the back end of the overhaul line.
