摘要
冷热电三联供(combined cooling, heating and power,CCHP)系统和地源热泵(ground source heat pump,GSHP)技术共同为建筑楼宇供能,可以显著提高能源利用效率,缓解能源资源短缺的问题。针对碳税政策下,当能源需求随机时不同类型建筑楼宇CCHP-GSHP联供系统最优化运行问题,构建了联供系统的随机机会约束规划模型。以系统运行成本最小为目标,运用CPLEX求解该模型以获得最优化结果。以4种不同类型的建筑楼宇为例进行试验,分析可靠性水平和碳税的变化对最优化运行成本和碳排放量的影响,验证了所构建模型的有效性。
The combined cooling, heating and power (CCHP) system and ground source heat pump (GSHP) technology are used to supply energy to building, which can dramatically increase energy efficiency and alleviate the shortage of energy resources. A stochastic chance-constrained programming model is proposed to solve the optimization CCHP-GSHP coupling system with stochastic building s demand under carbon tax policy. The coupling system cost is regard as the objective, and CPLEX is applied to solve this model. The impacts of reliability level and carbon tax on the economic performance of CCHP-GSHP coupling system are characterized and analyzed with four types of buildings as samples, and the stochastic model is proved to be effective.
