摘要
文章以江苏省农业科学院休闲农业研究所基层党组织为研究对象,研究如何以专业题材的文化主题活动为载体,促进科研院所党建工作与中心工作融合发展。通过逐层分析该所学科发展难题、阻碍中心工作开展的思想根源,以及实施“休闲农业文化主题活动”的目的、意义、形式和成效,归纳提出领导班子要统一思想、找准党建与中心工作的切入点、运用好党的组织优势、结合实际创新党建形式等促进科研院所党建与中心工作融合发展的对策与建议,以供党建工作者参考借鉴。
Taking Institute of Leisure Agriculture of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as the research object, how to take the professional cultural theme activities as the carrier to promote the fusion development of party building and central work in scientific research institutes was studied in the paper. Difficulties in the subject development of the institute and ideological roots of obstacles to work were analyzed layer by layer. The purpose, significance, form and effect of implementing "leisure agricultural culture theme activity" were pointed out. Countermeasures and suggestions for the fusion of party building and central work in scientific research institutions were introduced, such as unifying the thought of leading group, finding the breakthrough point of party construction and central work, making use of the party's organizational advantages, innovating the form of party building according to actuality. This will provide reference to party building workers.
