摘要
新入职人员是单位发展和创新的动力源泉,新入职人员培训是增强新进人员责任感、使命感和归属感的重要举措。文章以中国热带农业科学院新入职人员培训为例,以参训学员为中心,以分组竞争为手段,以提升能力为目的,通过创新培训理念,探索采用“自我管理+积分竞争”培训模式,营造积极向上的培训环境,达到专业、精准的培训效果,以期为农业科研单位干部教育培训体系的完善提供实践经验。
New recruits are the driving force for work unit development and innovation. The training of new recruits is an important measure to improve the sense of responsibility, mission and sense of belonging of new recruits. Taking the newly recruited personnel of Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences as a case, a new training mode was explored which takes the participants as the center, and uses group competition as the means to enhance the ability. Through the innovative training concept, the training mode of "self- management + points competition" created a positive training environment and achieved professional and accurate training results. This will provide a practical basis for the improvement of cadre training system in the agricultural research unit.
