摘要
随着我国城镇化建设的不断发展,新城区的不断崛起,城市逐年向周边扩展,导致城市周边跨越高速公路、铁路的跨线桥也越来越多。在跨线桥施工中,承重支架的设计与施工关系着桥梁施工的成败。在众多跨线桥施工过程中,工字钢在搭设小跨径或承载力要求较小的承重支架时比较方便快捷,但在搭设大跨径承重支架时由于自身承载力原因不能满足施工要求。该工程因受净空高度、高速公路简支梁桥的影响,在大跨度承重支架搭设时采用了工字钢梁门架系统。在质量、安全及工程进度等方面取得了显著成效,在以后类似工程施工中具有一定的借鉴作用。
With the continuous development of urbanization construction in China and the constant rise of new cities, the cities are expanding to the periphery year by year, which lead to more and more overpasses spanning expressways and railways around cities. In the construction of overpass, the design and construction of bearing support are related to the success or failure of bridge construction. In the construction process of many overpasses, the I-steel is more convenient and efficient when the bearing supports with small span or lower bearing capacity are erected, but it cannot meet the construction requirements when the bearing support with long span is erected because of its own bearing capacity. In this project, the I-steel beam frame system is used in the erection of long-span bearing support due to the influence of free height and expressway simple-supported beam bridge. The remarkable achievements have been made in the quality, safety and engineering progress, and can be referred for the construction of the future similar projects.
