水溶性硫杂蒽酮类光引发剂的合成及性能

摘要 硫杂蒽酮(TX)及其衍生物具有紫外吸收强、峰形宽、夺氢能力强的优点。设计并合成了具有叔胺结构的单组分水溶性硫杂蒽酮。对其光物理性能研究表明,它的最大紫外吸收峰位于400nm附近,相比商品2,4-二乙基硫杂蒽酮(DETX)红移了15nm,与UV-LED光源匹配性好,摩尔消光系数达到104数量级,显示出较高的光吸收能力,光分解研究表明其具有一定光漂白能力。对其溶解性能研究表明产物在乙醇、水等极性溶剂中具有良好的溶解性。 Thioxanthone (TX) and its derivatives have excellent absorption properties in the near ultraviolet range and high hydrogen abstraction capacity. Here, the one-component water-soluble thioxanthone with a tertiary amine was designed and synthesized. The maximum absorption peak of its UV-Vis absorption spectrum is at ca. 400 nm, which has a red shift of 15 nm compared to that of commercial 2,4-diethyl-9H-thioxanthen-9-one (DETX). The molar extinction coefficient reaches 104 orders of magnitude and exhibits the good light absorption acpacity. Photolysis studies have shown that it has photobleaching properties. This photoinitiator also has good solubility in alcohol and water.
