摘要
在我国,太阳能热发电项目产业化呈现出良好的发展态势,但大规模开发太阳能热发电项目除受现有技术条件限制外,亦受到环境条件、资金、政策等因素的制约。本文从能源、水资源、土地资源、生态资源、环境资源等多个角度对太阳能热发电基地规划的环境制约因素进行识别和分析,在此基础上提出了相应的对策和措施,对太阳能热发电产业的规划和选址决策提供一定参考。
In China,the industrialization of solar power projects have a good trend of development.Large scale applications of the solar power projects are constrained by the current technology condition,environmental conditions, capital and policies.The environmental constraints and solutions of Solar Power Base Planning were identified and analyzed by the energy,water resources,land resources,ecological resources and environmental resources.The solutions of those constraints were proposed.It was expected to provide a useful reference for the base planning and the location decision of the solar power industrial scale.
