摘要
目的:测定各类果蔬中的有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药残留,为食品安全保障工作提供技术支持.方法:先用酶抑制率法进行初检,若出现阳性,则复检,若仍是阳性则用速测卡法与气相质谱联用法进行再次复检.结果:在1032批果蔬中,酶抑制率法重复检验2次结果均为阳性的样品共有18批,用速测卡复检结果为阳性的样品共有15批,在Agillent7890B-7000D三重串联四极杆气质联用仪上进行验证,检出阳性样品15批.其中,速测卡法出现2批假阴性结果,酶抑制率法出现3批假阳性结果.结论:速测卡法与酶抑制率法的检测结果虽然存在一定的假阳性或假阴性率,但相对于气相色谱法和质谱法来说,都具有操作简单、检测效率高、设备投资小以及只能判定部分类型的农药残留的特点.在工作中可以根据实际需要来选择适合的方法.
Objective: Determination organophosphorus and carbamate pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables, so as to provide technical support for food safety. Methods: Enzyme inhibition rate method was used for initial examination, if positive, then re-examination, if still positive, then re-examination was carried out by rapid card method and gas chromatography mass spectrometry. Results: Among 1 032 batches of fruits and vegetables, 18 batches were positive by enzyme inhibition rate method, 15 batches were positive by quick-test card, and 15 batches were positive by Agillent7890B-7000D triple tandem quadrupole gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Among them, two false negative results were found by the rapid test card method and three false positive results were found by the enzyme inhibition rate method. Conclusion: Although there are some false-positive or false-negative rates in the results of quick-test card method and enzyme inhibition rate method, compared with gas chromatography method, both of them have the characteristics of short detection time, easy operation, small investment in equipment, and can only determine part of the pesticide residues. Suitable methods can be selected according to actual needs in the work.
