摘要
随着城市化进程的推进,城市的无规律蔓延,处理城市与自然相融合的问题,探索未来城市的发展模式,成为世界各国城市研究的热点.文章运用文献研究、比较研究和实证研究的方法,从工业文明时代的花园城市入手,深入研究霍华德的"花园城市"思想理念与实践经验,分析了"花园城市"的理论基础及理念演进,研究了生态文明时代的花园城市的内涵以及建设标准.最后,以舟山群岛新区海上花园城市建设为例,探索主要内涵、建设总纲、特质描绘,对生态文明与海洋强国战略背景下,我国沿海花园城市实践具有较强的示范意义.
With the development of urbanization and the irregular spread of cities, dealing with the integration of cities and nature and exploring the development model of cities in the future have become the focus of urban research in the world. With the methods of literature research, comparative research and empirical research, this paper deeply studies Howard's thought and practical experience of "garden city", analyzes the theoretical basis and concept evolution of "garden city", and studies the connotation and construction standard of "garden city" in the era of ecological civilization. Finally, taking the construction of offshore garden city in the new district of Zhoushan Islands as an example, this paper explores the main connotation, general outline and characteristics of the construction and has a strong demonstration significance for the practice of coastal garden cities in China under the background of ecological civilization and marine power strategy.
