摘要
高水平骨干专业是优质高职院校建设项目的重点任务和核心内涵。目前,高水平骨干专业建设存在专业设置与区域产业契合度不够、校企合作与产教融合缺乏深度、工学结合培养人才缺乏效度等问题。以软件技术专业为例,基于信息技术跨企业培训中心的平台建设,以软件技术为核心专业实现多专业协同发展,探索“行校联盟育人,产教融合实训”的专业建设路径,创新人才培养模式,以期建立产教融合发展的长效机制,突破校企合作瓶颈,实现高水平骨干专业建设内涵质量的提升。
Although constructing high-level majors is the key task and core connotation for ranking among highquality vocational colleges,many problems exist in the work including the disagreement between regional industries and majors offered by colleges,the lack of depth in cooperation and integration between colleges and enterprises,and the poor effects of work-integrated learning mode in talents training. Based on the platform of inter-enterprise training center constructed with information technology,this paper taking Software Technology as the core major explored the paths of major construction through industry-school joint education as well as enterprise- school integrated practice training in order to realize the collaborative development of different majors. It also innovated the mode of talents training hoping to establish a long-acting integrated mechanism of enterprises and colleges,overcome the major obstacles in the enterprise- school cooperation,and improve the quality of the construction of high-level core majors.
