摘要
通过文献分析、逻辑推理和理论思辨,对幼儿发展与健康管理专业建设中涉及的核心概念、专业定位、行业归属和职业标准等内容进行阐述。认为幼儿发展与健康管理是基于生命科学的融合性和复合型名词;幼儿发展与健康管理研究的核心是脑科学的理论、技术与方法;医学、体育学、教育心理学和人类学的理论融合是培养新型健康服务领域专业人才职业能力的基石,学科融合的健康服务技术是幼儿发展与健康管理专业人才立足新型健康服务行业的根本;幼儿发展与健康管理专业人才,依据其工作内容,其职业标准应该是包括医学、体育学和教育心理学三个维度的综合指标体系,以综合评价和度量作为唯一尺度。
Through literature analysis, logical reasoning and theoretical speculation, the core concepts, specialty orientation, industry classification and professional standards in the field of children’s development and health management are elaborated. It is believed that children’s development and health management are based on the integration and compound term of life sciences;the core of children’s development and health management is the theory, technology and methods of brain science;the theoretical integration of medical science, sports science, educational psychology and anthropology is the cornerstone of cultivation of the professional competence of professional talents in the field of new health service;the discipline-integrated health service technology is the foundation of the new health service industry for children’s development and health management professionals;the professional standards of professional talents in the field of children’s development and health management, according to their work content, should be a three-dimensional comprehensive index system, including medical science, sports science and educational psychology, with comprehensive evaluation and measurement as the only yardstick.
