摘要
对标研究了日本东京在道路养护管理方面的经验,从组织架构、经营方式、专业化管理、全寿命周期运营管理等多方面入手,深入了解日本道路养护的体制机制特点及管理优势,对比分析上海道路管养现状及不足,提出了上海道路养护管理可以学习借鉴的建议。
The paper studies the experience of road maintenance management in Tokyo from the aspects of organization structure, management mode, professional management, life cycle operation management, and so on. Based on the deep understanding of the system mechanism and management advantages of road maintenance system of Japan, the paper compares and analyzes the present situation and shortcomings of road management in Shanghai, and then puts forward some suggestions that can be learned and used for reference in Shanghai road maintenance management.
