摘要
在目前的状况下,学生管理工作日益受到各地高校的全面关注.高校学生管理涵盖了较多的具体管理内容,并且相应的管理工作要点也体现为多样性.面对当前的全新常态,高校需要做到运用全新举措来推行现阶段的学生管理,进而达到保证高校良好秩序的目标.因此,高校针对学生管理工作应当将其纳入新常态的视角下,同时还要保证结合高校目前实践来增强学生管理工作的成效性.
Under the current status quo, student management is increasingly receiving attention from universities around the world. College student management covers more specific management content, and the corresponding management work points are also reflected in diversity. In the face of the current new normal, colleges and universities need to use new measures to promote the current student management, and thus achieve the goal of ensuring a good order in colleges and universities. Therefore, colleges and universities should incorporate them into the new normal from the perspective of student management, and at the same time ensure that the current practice of colleges and universities is combined to enhance the effectiveness of student management.
