摘要
顶岗实习是高职学生进入社会就业前的关键过渡期,也是高职院校人才培养的重要环节。针对高职学生顶岗实习管理工作存在的问题,提出加强实习管理的策略,旨在促进学校、企业、学生形成合力,真正发挥顶岗实习的作用。
Post internship is a key transition period before vocational students enter social employment,and it is also an important part of personnel training in vocational colleges.According to the existing problems of higher vocational students'post internship management,the author puts forward some strategies to enhance internship management in order to promote the joint efforts of schools,enterprises and students and truly give the role of post internship into full play.
