摘要
目的探讨采供血人员流失原因,提出改进建议.方法以10年来的人力资源管理现状为例,通过问卷调查、实地观察等,对人力资源流失进行分析.结果人员流失问题越来越严重,流失护士占比较大,近10年新入职员工流失率为23.63%.编外人员辞职比例远高于编内人员.结论人员流失直接影响采供血人员队伍建设.采供血机构有必要完善绩效评估体系,建立编外人员长期聘用机制,合理设置采供血岗位,完善职称晋升体系等,多措并举,留住人才,从而促使机构持续发展.
To explore the causes of the loss of blood collection and supply staff and put forward suggestions.MethodsTaking the human resource management status quo of the center for nearly 10 years as an example, the loss of human resources was analyzed through questionnaire survey and field observation. ResultsThe problem of staff turnover was becoming more and more serious. Nurses accounted for a large proportion, and the turnover rate of new employees in recent 10 years was 23.63%. The proportion of non-staff personnel quitting was much higher than that of in-staff personnel. Conclusion The loss of personnel directly affected the construction of blood supply team. It was necessary for blood collection and supply institutions to improve the performance evaluation system, establish a long-term employment mechanism for off-staff nurses, reasonably set up blood collection and supply posts, improve the professional title promotion system, and take multiple measures to retain talents, so as to promote the sustainable development of institutions.
