摘要
结合上海中心大厦工程实际,对大体积混凝土浇筑过程中的温度场变化规律进行了模拟,并对施工监测结果进行了分析,得出了以下结论:当养护过程中混凝土内外温差大于25 K时,即应采取相应措施控制混凝土温度的下降速率,以避免混凝土温度裂缝的产生。
Combined with the engineering practice of Shanghai Tower, the temperature field variation law in mass concrete pouring process is simulated, and the construction monitoring results are analyzed. The following conclusions are drawn: When the temperature difference between inside and outside concrete is greater than 25K in the curing process, corresponding measures should be taken to control the decreasing rate of concrete humidity so as to avoid concrete temperature cracks.
