大功率永磁牵引变流器半实物仿真研究

摘要 对大功率牵引永磁同步电机控制技术进行研究,提出了永磁电机在基于异步调制模式、SHEPWM调制模式和方波模式时的系统控制策略。研究了SHEPWM调制模式的工程实现方法和不同PWM模式下的动态切换方法等关键技术。经过半实物仿真验证,该控制策略在全速度范围内控制性能良好,动态切换过程中电流平滑稳定。 The control technology of high-power traction permanent magnet synchronous motor was studied in this paper. The system control strategy of permanent magnet motor based on asynchronous modulation mode, SHEPWM modulation mode and square wave mode was proposed. The engineering implementation of SHEPWM modulation mode and the dynamic switching method under different PWM modes were studied. The hardware-in-the-loop simulation results showed that the control strategy has good control performance in the full speed range, and the current was smooth and stable during the dynamic switching process.
