摘要
目的了解巴中市白纹伊蚊密度的季节消长和在不同生境类型中的分布,为预防登革热提供科学依据。方法依据四川省登革热媒介监测方案在城区不同方位开展监测。采用容器指数(CI)、布雷图指数(BI)监测白纹伊蚊幼虫密度,采用双层叠帐法监测白纹伊蚊成蚊密度。结果2016—2018年巴中市白纹伊蚊幼虫平均BI为12.83,其中居民区室内、居民区室外、公园(绿化带)平均BI为22.01、13.65、7.00;白纹伊蚊幼虫平均CI为16.94%,其中居民区室内、居民区室外、公园(绿化带)平均CI为12.87%、24.08%、26.21%;2016—2018年白纹伊蚊成蚊平均叮咬指数为1.17只/(人·h);白纹伊蚊幼虫及成蚊季节消长主要呈单峰型,高峰期为6—9月。结论巴中市白纹伊蚊密度较高且呈逐年增长趋势,一旦有登革热输入性病例发生,容易导致登革热传播和暴发。
Objective To understand the density,distribution and seasonal dynamics of Aedes albopictus of Bazhong City, and guide the prevention of dengue fever. Methods The larvae and adults of Aedes albopictus were investigated in different directions in the city. Larval breeding was evaluated with the Breteau Index ( BI) and Container Index ( CI), and adult mosquitoes with double-mosquito net trapping method. Results The Ae. albopictus average BIs were 12. 83 from 2016 to 2018,22. 01 indoors,13. 65 outdoor residential areas,and 7. 00 in parks ( green belts). The average CI was 16. 94%,of which the average CIs were respectively 12. 87%,24. 08% and 26. 21% in indoor residential areas,outdoor residential areas and parks( green belts). The average biting index was 1. 17 insects per person for one hour in the three years. The seasonal fluctuations of Aedes albopictus including larvae and adult mosquitoes were mainly single-peak curve,with the peak period from June to September. Conclusion The densities of Aedes albopictus were relatively high and increased year by year in Bazhong City. There might be some risks of transmission and outbreak of dengue fever when imported cases occurred.
